Chioma Nwosu is from Umuahia, Abia State in the South-east of Nigeria, she was brought up in Lagos, where she pursued her education. She earned her bachelor's degree in Law from Lagos State University.

Her journey in the arts began with Optimom Arts Konsotium, a theatre troupe at Lagos State University, where she honed her acting skills on stage.

Transitioning from a singer to an actor, Nwosu embarked on her acting journey in 1999 as a stage performer. Her breakthrough into the professional acting scene occurred in 2001 when she landed a role in the TV series "Zenith."

Since her rise to prominence, she has graced numerous movies and television series, leaving her mark in the Nigerian entertainment industry.
