Inkblot Productions seeks to end the year in style with the release of the teaser for its new movie ‘Family Gbese,’ set to hit cinemas nationwide on November 8, 2024. The producers shared the teaser as a peek into what fans should expect when the movie is released in November.
With a track record of producing some of 2024’s biggest cinema releases like ‘Muri & Ko,’ ‘When Love Strikes,’ ‘The Betrayed,’ and more that resonate with diverse audiences, Inkblot Productions is set to captivate audiences once again with ‘Family Gbese,’ written by Chinaza Onuzo and directed by Michelle Bello.
In ‘Family Gbese,’ Uzor Arukwe plays Nnamdi, whose perfect life is disrupted by a daunting request from his mentor. It promises to be a great addition to the prolific repertoire of Inkblot Productions in partnership with first-time collaborator Meristem. This new partnership reinforces Inkblot’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of storytelling and cinematic excellence.
Uzor Arukwe is joined by an ensemble cast in ‘Family Gbese,’ including Ireti Doyle, Teniola Aladese, Mike Ezuruonye, Lillian Afegbai, Sandra Okunzuwa, Genovevah Umeh, Susan Peters, Muyiwa Ademola, Faithia Balogun, Niyi Johnson, and Yemi Sholade.
Co-founder of Inkblot Productions, Chinaza Onuzo, has promised that the movie will be an exciting experience for all Nigerians when it opens only in cinemas this November. “We’re very excited about ‘Family Gbese.’ A lot of work went into the production design, screenplay, and costume. Viewers get to enjoy compelling acting from the cast, especially the lead actor, Uzor Arukwe. With the usual Inkblot emphasis on excellence and great storytelling, this is one that moviegoers will find themselves going back to the cinema to see again and again,” he emphasised.
Director Michelle Bello expressed her excitement about the project and hinted that people should prepare for an unforgettable experience across the theatres when the movie is finally released.
