Muyiwa Ademola entered the Nigerian film industry in 1991 under the mentorship of Charles Olumo, also known as Agbako, based in Abeokuta. He received further guidance from movie director S.I Ola. In 1995, Ademola produced his first movie, "Asise" (Blunder), sponsored by Dibel, a generator set dealer. Since then, he has been actively involved in the production, direction, and acting of numerous Yoruba Nollywood films.
