Wumi Toriola is a graduate of the University of Ilorin, Kwara, where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics. She was involved in the Yoruba theater arts scene as a member of the 'Odunfa Caucus' and received a diploma in Theater Art from the organization in 2009. In 2017, Wumi attended a fashion school where she was inspired to establish her own fashion store, WT Signature.
