Drey began her journey in broadcasting with a passion that took root in her childhood. While at university, she founded GMag, a student magazine, and landed her first radio job at Calon FM in Wales in 2011. That same year, she interned at HiTV in Lagos and decided to pursue her career in Nigeria. After graduating in 2013, she worked with Cool TV, hosting The Late Night Show, before joining Spice TV in 2016 for Bargain Hunters.
She transitioned to acting, starring in "The Governor" and "Tinsel," and featured in films like "Happy Father's Day" and its sequel (2019). By December 2016, Adejumo joined The Beat 99.9 FM, hosting shows and representing MTV Base at the 2019 MTV EMAs. She later became the host of 53 Extra and Movie Talk, solidifying her place in Nigerian media and entertainment.
