Bisola Aiyeola gained recognition as the first runner-up in the 2017 series of Big Brother Naija. During her time on the show, she won the ONE Campaign reality show, advocating for girl-child education. As a singer, she debuted with the single "Luchia" under Temple Music after leaving the BBN house. Earlier in 2008, she participated in MTN Project Fame West Africa, securing the 5th position. Bisola also hosted Billboard Nigeria from 2011 to 2013 and was nominated for the City People Movie Award in 2017. She won the Trail Blazer Award at the AMVCA in 2018 and ventured into production with "Introducing the Kujus." In 2022, she made history as the first African host of the family feud on a TV reality show organized by MTN and Ultima. Additionally, in 2023, she served as a presenter at the Africa Magic Viewers' Choice Awards.
