Red Sea Lab Announces ‘Fantastic Tale’, A film Directed by Vincho Nchogu And Produced by Josh Olaoluwa For Development At The Red Sea Lodge, And Torino Film Lab 2023.

“Fantastic Tale,” Directed by Vincho Nchogu and Produced by Josh Olaoluwa Picked For Development at The Red Sea Lab 2023.

The Lodge has announced 12 Projects for its 4th edition of the Red Sea Lab, in Partnership with Torino Film Lab. The program is sponsored by Film Alula, a film commission set to take place in Saudi Arabia and Italy in 2023.
Amongst the 2 African Project selected for development, ‘Fantastic Tale’ with Kenyan director/writer Vincho Nchogu and Nigerian Producer Josh Olaoluwa was announced along with ‘Black Snake’ Written and Directed by Naishe Nyambaya and Produced by Sue-Ellen Chitunya.

Selected African Projects

These filmmakers will get the chance to meet and work with industry professionals and film experts from all over the world as part of a creative development program organized by the Lab.

The workshops, include in-person training in Saudi Arabia and Torino, Italy at the Torino Film
Lab. Following the workshops, teams will be awarded the annual Red Sea production prizes by a total amount of USD200,000$ pot in prizes that will be awarded during the Red Sea festivals in December 2023.
