Intended as a retelling of the infamous 1993 hijacking of a Nigerian Airways flight to Abuja, the film promises to unpack the charged political backdrop of a critical moment in Nigerian history. This was the time when democracy hung in the balance, as MKO Abiola was poised to lead Nigeria out of military rule.
