Yakubu Mohammed began his journey in Kannywood in 1998, initially involved in scriptwriting and behind-the-scenes work. Through on-the-job training, he steadily progressed in his career, eventually taking on leadership roles. In addition to his work in the film industry, he's a music artist with over 1000 songs recorded in both Hausa and English for films and albums. His transition to acting began with the 2013 film "Gabar Cikin Gida," where he appeared alongside his friend Sani Musa Danja. In 2016, he crossed over to Nollywood, debuting in "Sons of the Caliphate" alongside Rahama Sadau. He also featured in MTV's "Shuga" and the movie "Lionheart."
