Asurf Oluseyi Takes ‘3 Cold Dishes’ on Pan African Road Tour with Mikano Motors

When ‘3 Cold Dishes’ hits cinemas this November, it won’t just be another Nollywood release; it’s shaping into a Pan-African cinematic event.

The thriller, directed by Asurf Oluseyi and executive produced by Burna Boy, will take audiences on the journeys of three women in pursuit of justice years after they were trafficked across African borders and forced into danger.

Now, in its latest move, the film is taking its story off the screen. Through a new partnership, Mikano Motors will power a seven-day 3 Cold Dishes Road Tour from Lagos to Abidjan, creating an immersive campaign that mirrors the very journeys at the heart of the film.

The Lagos-to-Abidjan tour will move through seven cities before returning to Lagos. Travel and lifestyle influencers will ride in Mikano’s CS95 SUVs and trucks, exploring locations where ‘3 Cold Dishes’ was shot, including UNESCO heritage sites, and even recreating moments from the film using original costumes from set.

For Oluseyi, the campaign is a way to connect the film’s message to lived experience:

“The film explores trafficking across African borders, but beyond the pain, there’s beauty, food, culture, people, and language. This road trip is about letting audiences experience that world for themselves.”

Mikano Motors will serve as the official automotive partner for the rollout, providing vehicles for the tour and for the cast and crew throughout the campaign. The brand’s presence aligns with the director’s vision of strength and mobility across borders.

“Mikano Motors represents strength, reliability, and elegance; values that align perfectly with ‘3 Cold Dishes,’ Oluseyi said. Together, we’re driving this story across Africa and beyond.”

The Mikano Motors partnership is the latest milestone in what has become one of Nollywood’s most expansive rollouts:
