Just went to the cenimas with my family and I must admit it’s really great … I, my wife and my children were at first reluctant to follow me …. I’m happy they weren’t disappointed … Naija to the world!

I love how sweet it was. The sound and the screenplay were well coordinated. The story is so cool and easy for kids to enjoy. But it was dragged unnecessarily at some point.

Overall, Mikolo is a nice movie.

From the great performances of all the characters; the kids, their parents and grandmother, the Abula and Baba blu to the beautiful sound design and score, Mikolo is a film with many wins.

When it comes to the visual effects, the film does a wonderful job. The environments, the skies, the replacements, interaction with the physical world and compositions are all very well done.Show more

However, the film could have been short as the story starts drag a lot from the third act. Also, the characters and some elements of the special effects had moments where the interaction was not as great and it felt totally out of place and the movements of the characters weren’t as fluid. I know this will be improved on in coming projects and I am excited to see what Anthill has next in store for us.
