“Adieu Salut” by Korede Azeez was one of the stories that emerged as finalists in ‘African Folktales, Reimagined,’ the short film competition by Netflix and UNESCO.
Azeez wrote and directed the story and decided to set the African folktale in the future as a sci-fi film.
