In February 2004, Ufuoma Ejenobor began her movie career with Zeb Ejiro's film, "The President Must Not Die." She went on to play roles in several movies, including her first lead role in "Life and Death" in May 2005. By December 2005, she portrayed Chibuzor in the TV series "Edge of Paradise," produced by Royal Roots network. In 2008, Ejenobor took on the role of "Lillian Wright" in the TV series "My Mum and I," a performance that earned her nominations for best actress awards in 2010 and 2011 at the Festival de Télévision de Monte-Carlo and The Terracotta Nigerian TV and Film Awards, respectively.
