In 2008, she took her career a step further by starting her own production company, Uche Jombo Productions, and began producing her own films. By 2015, she expanded her skills to directing.
Beyond her work in film, Jombo is committed to giving back to the community. She runs a non-governmental organization called Uche Jombo and You, which focuses on supporting Nigerian youth.
