Sope Dirisu, born in London to Nigerian parents, studied at Bedford Modern School, where he developed his passion for drama. He later joined the National Youth Theatre and studied Economics at the University of Birmingham, where he also played American football. His acting career took off in 2012 with the Royal Shakespeare Company, and since then, he’s appeared in several films and TV shows.
