Nwosu, born in Abia and raised in Lagos, is fluent in Igbo, Yoruba, and English. After primary education at St. Paul Anglican School, Idi Oro, she attended Maryland Comprehensive High School, Ikeja, and East Rosary High School. Trained by Reverend Fabian Oko at Royal Theatre Art Club School, her career faced a setback in 2012 due to a kidney disease. Treatment abroad, supported by the government and organizations, restored her health. Known for roles in "Crazy Grannies" and "Mama Tiwa" in "Skinny Girl in Transit", she produced the radio show "Onga."
