After graduating from Sheridan College, Adoki focused on her acting career in Nigeria. Notable roles include her debut in the final season of "Lost Girl". In 2021, she made her film debut in Juju Stories, earning a Future Awards Africa prize in 2022. Adoki featured in various series like "Juju Stories", "The Men's Club", and in 2022, she starred in "Chatroom" and "Little Black Book"'s second season. She also played a lead role in the 2023 film "The Trade".
