He also played a pivotal role as the creator and Co-writer of the second highest-grossing Nollywood film of all time, "Battle on Buka Street." Opukeme's talent extends to the stage, where he has successfully staged iconic plays such as August Wilson's "Fences" and Lorraine Hansberry's "A Raisin in the Sun." Additionally, he has received critical acclaim for his own plays, including "Aba Blues," "The Face we Saw in the Fires," and "Manger Café." Currently, he serves as the development coordinator at FilmOne Entertainment, showcasing his razor-sharp focus and dedication to the world of film.
