The cast members of “Ile Owo” were excited to show their upcoming title to other Nollywood stars and some of their fans.
On June 19, writer and director Dare Olaitan’s upcoming movie premiered at the Filmhouse Cinema Landmark in Lagos. Several actors, their family, friends and fans joined the cast and crew members at the premiere.
“Ile Owo” follows the story of Busola who, after several heartbreaks, falls in love with a billionaire. But after she accepts his proposal, a series of disturbing discoveries leads to a truth she could never have imagined.
The title, produced by Kayode Kasum, is the first title from Film Trybe this year.
With appearances from top casts including Efa Iwara, Bisola Aiyeola, Bukunmi Adeaga-Ilori, Sophie Alakija, Akin Lewis, and Demola Adedoyin among others, we look forward to the movie’s reception when it is released in cinemas on June 24, 2022.
