The storyline is top notch… different from most nollywood movies I have watched … the actors were 10/10…kudos to funke Akindele … she gave us something different

Nice storyline, nice cinematography and awesome acting. Extra kudos to Uzo Arukwe, he did a terrific job!

7/10 because Funke Akindele has overflogged this story concept and it has become predictable to an extent and that removes the intrigue in the cinematic expertience.

This movie has to be one of the most relatable piece of creative visual arts in Nigeria to date. Every actor felt like a lead character and no one dragged. It was the perfect combination of heart, humor, strife and effective realism. Funke Akindele is a genius storyteller. I’m in awe of her intentionality in telling authentic African stories and doing so unapologetically. The casting was perfect but Tobi Makinde (Shinene) shone bright in his art. Kudos to the entire team on this masterpiece!!!
