Ugbeye is a Nigerian thespian, actor, director, writer Voice-over Artiste, and a former lecturer at Lagos State University. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) at the Concordia University in Montreal, Canada and proceeded to Cornell University in New York, USA, where she had Masters of Fine Arts (M.F.A) in Theatre Arts.
