Murphy Afolabi is a Nigerian actor, scriptwriter, movie producer and director born in Osogbo, Osun State, is well respected in the Yoruba movie industry. He graduated from Osun State Polytechnic, Ire where he obtained a diploma in Mass Communication, Theatre Art and Films Production. Murphy Afolabi started acting at a tender age when he featured in Dagunro movie, Ifa Olokun which was his first movie.
