British born Nigerian artist Mel Rouge, is a singer-songwriter, producer, and director. As a fast-rising filmmaker, she produced and co-directed “Toll-Free,” sponsored by the British Council. The film was selected for both 2024 AFRIFF & Film Africa UK.
