Meurer began her career as a model in The Gambia before moving to Nigeria in 2009. Discovered by actor and politician Desmond Elliot, she transitioned to acting in Nigeria, debuting in Emem Isong's film Spellbound in 2009. After a brief hiatus for schooling, she returned to Nigeria in 2014, joining the cast of the TV series Oasis and later taking on various roles in movies and TV shows, including leading roles in films like Karma and Merry Men: The Real Yoruba Demons.
