“You can't name a movie "Postcards" and go ahead to do what they did, there was nothing postcard-y about it. I gave it a 3 because of the actors that were in it, even though I wasn't impressed by their acting. Yemi (Tobi )is a dancer and yet he cannot whine his waist, ah ahn. Same Yemi ghosted his mum because she said he must go to school and he wants to be a dancer, lol. This same Yemi wants to make money to take care of his mum, ah ahn, his mum that is the life of every Lagos party. I didn't understand his character, ghosting his mum was unnecessary and his reason was baseless. Aunty Bunmi (Sola) 's character is another thing. You are scared of being operated upon, I understand but what's your business with your doctor having kids? The doctor sef, you and your wife agreed to not have kids, and then you meet a patient and suddenly you're having second thoughts? The wife too Zainab (Rahama) didn't have a valid reason for not having kids. You had a terrible childhood, okay tell us what happened naw.. you just go ahead and accuse your husband of being selfish because he wants a family. Also what was Isioma's use in the movie? I think the story was faulty, they didn't let us see how the characters struggled with their identities, and that was the baseline of the movie. It shouldn't have lasted more than an hour and 30 minutes.”
